I lived off it my first tri-mester and drank it all day at work. Just peel/chop a few chunks of ginger root. Steep it in boiling water for a few minutes. Then put it in a sealed container in the fridge and you have a strong concentrate of it. Then whenever your feeling sick or know your going to be sick at a certain time, pour a little of it in with some ice water or hot water and voila you have ginger water, and very minimum nausea! Its so much better than ginger ale (yuck) and truly helps the stomach settle. They even put ginger in gripe water for babies.
